The scope of application
The Cutting Robot can realize the 3D positioning and cutting of the square tube profile, which is suitable for the opening and length of the square pipe profile, the groove and the intersecting line cutting. Performance characteristics
1. Through the multi-axis linkage can be achieved on A variety of square tube profiles of the space line, slash, curve of a variety of cutting, can be fixed cutting ends, and can be slotted, openings and groove cutting.
2. The machine uses the laser triangulation principle of the laser vision displacement sensor for non-contact distance, position, displacement, shape and other geometric measurements to improve the dynamic cutting accuracy of the device.
3. The machine uses off-line programming technology, visualization of man-machine interface, supporting a variety of profiles can be called macro library, cutting module and cutting parameters.
4. The machine can be equipped with exhaust dust removal device, which will help to clean the dust and protect the working environment.
